VTC-150 vacuum turbomolecular complex
VTC-150 is modern high-vacuum turbomolecular Russian complex, intended to be used in industrial and laboratory vacuum installations, where it is required both to create a high vacuum (up to 10-8 mm Hg) and to ensure pumping speed of at least 150 l/s as well.
The complex current consists of:
- VGTN-150 single-flow turbomolecular vacuum pump;
- frequency converter.
The pump is equipped with ISO-KF25 exhaust flange for connection to a backing vacuum pumping system. It can be upgraded with ISO-KF16 flange for the pump purging with an inert gas, if required.
Pump cooling is combined. The complex can operate with both forced-air cooling as well as water cooling based on the operating conditions.
The working orientation in space is arbitrary.
A breakthrough atmosphere is allowed which is one of the key pump’s features which became possible by the turbine manufacture from a single piece and a special, rigid bearing assembly design.
Warranty period is 18 months.
Warranty and post-warranty services are carried out by manufacturer company’s specialists, including visiting the Customer’s territory.
